Shipping Policy:

All items are shipped through USPS priority mail, which takes 1-3 business days. Once items have been shipped Da Don Hair Company is not responsible. Please contact USPS, if any other question need to be addressed please email us.

Pre-Order Processing Time:

If you purchased bundles outside of the “Hair on hand” tab, the processing time is 5-10 business days. Once items have been shipped tracking information will be provided via email.

Hair On Hand:

Pick up orders are available from 9A-4P & 5P-9P. Hours are subject to change due to my personal schedule.

Returns & Exchange Policy:

ALL sales are final. If items are NOT damaged, altered, and in the original packaging contact us via email within 15 DAYS after you’ve received the item.

An email will be sent once the item as been received & sent back out with updated tracking number.
If order can be exchanged in person please allow 12-24 hours for exchange, possibly sooner.

Refund Policy:
